Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
Must have experience in Affluent/Private Banking, Luxury real estate, Luxury Automobile
Minimum of 8 years progressive and proven experience within luxury, beauty, fashion and retail verticals with international exposure.
On top of fashion trends, new designers, products etc.
Has demonstrable business acumen and a high level of analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive interpersonal skills.
Professional Certifications would be an added advantage.
