Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis.

Key Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years’ professional experience as a Real Estate Agent
Must currently reside on Lagos Island
Proven experience in property sales and deal closures
Strong negotiation, client relationship, and market analysis skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
The ideal candidate must have a strong track record in property sales and leasing, possess in-depth market knowledge of Lagos Island, and consistently close high-value real estate transactions.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly contract remuneration of N500,000
Commission payable on every successful sale
Official company vehicle and driver provided for work-related engagements
