Meet and surpass all set organizational goals and targets
Drive efficiency in overall administration and operations
Oversee all company operationsensuring quality execution as planned by the board
Evaluate performance management processes of the company to ensure compliance and efficiency
Monitor repairs, rehabilitation of all equipment ensuring constant functionality
Work with vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
Enforce health and safety precautions
Representingmanagement and board in any external program and event
Qualifications
Preferably an Accounting or Business Management background graduate but with robust practical experience in business management
Minimum of 15 years practical work experience 10 of which must be at a senior management level.
