Requirements

7–10 years’ hands-on experience in carpentry (production and installation).
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural plans.
Proficiency in operating carpentry machinery and tools (e.g., circular saws, drills, sanders, routers, etc.).
Experience supervising junior staff and managing on-site installations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Nigerian safety regulations and building standards is an added advantage.
