The Sales Manager (Corporate Sales) will be responsible for driving revenue growth at Lisa Suites by developing, managing, and expanding corporate, institutional, and business-to-business (B2B) accounts. The role focuses on securing long-term partnerships, corporate lodging agreements, events, conferences, and bulk bookings while strengthening the brand’s presence in the corporate hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Business Development
Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients including companies, NGOs, government agencies, embassies, and institutions.
Develop and manage corporate rate agreements, long-stay contracts, and negotiated room rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as HR managers, procurement officers, travel managers, and executives.
Drive corporate bookings for accommodation, conferences, meetings, retreats, and corporate events.
Revenue & Performance Management
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual corporate sales targets.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, revenue reports, and market analysis.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Handle corporate client negotiations, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
Resolve corporate client complaints promptly and professionally in collaboration with Operations and Front Office teams.
Marketing & Brand Representation
Represent Lisa Suites at corporate events, networking forums, trade shows, and industry meetings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted corporate sales campaigns and promotional materials.
Promote the brand image and service offerings of Lisa Suites in the corporate hospitality space.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Front Office, Finance, and Reservations teams to ensure seamless delivery of corporate bookings.
Provide regular feedback to management on client needs, service gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in corporate sales, hospitality sales, or B2B sales, preferably in hotels or serviced apartments.
Proven track record of closing high-value corporate deals and meeting revenue targets.
