Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead its sales team and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and proven experience in real estate sales.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Develop and implement sales strategies for property sales
Oversee client acquisition, negotiations, and deal closure
Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in real estate
Proven experience in a sales leadership or managerial role
Strong negotiation, communication, and people-management skills
Deep understanding of the real estate market
