As a Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of revenue generation in your territory, bringing in new clients, growing our enrollee base, and driving renewals. Your performance will be directly tied to your earnings through a combination of base salary, commissions, and generous sales bonuses. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on challenge, targets, and tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in both corporate and individual segments.
Market and sell Aman HMO health plans, articulating value and differentiating our offerings in a competitive healthcare landscape.
Manage client relationships proactively, ensuring renewals, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to support campaigns, lead generation, and go-to-market initiatives.
Track and report sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record in sales with demonstrable revenue results (experience in HMO, insurance, or healthcare is an advantage).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a high-accountability environment.
Good knowledge of the Abuja market and its business landscape.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and close deals under pressure.
