The Sales Finance BP serves as the key financial partner to the vehicle sales function, managing all finance processes related to new and used vehicle sales. The role focuses on accounts receivable management, sales-to-cash process control, commission computation, and profitability analysis to support informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement customer credit assessment and AR monitoring mechanisms.
Manage AR aging, reconciliation, collections, and bad debt risk alerts.
Review financial terms in sales contracts, orders, and delivery documents.
Supervise the full process of payment collection, invoicing, and accounting treatment.
Accurately calculate and validate sales commissions and incentives; coordinate disbursement.
Conduct detailed profit analysis for used vehicle acquisition, refurbishment, and sales.
Ensure data consistency across finance systems, DMS, and warehouse records.
Develop and improve finance policies and procedures related to sales operations.
Prepare periodic financial analysis reports for the vehicle sales business line.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Professional accounting certification required; CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ finance experience, including at least 3 years in automotive sales finance (4S/dealer group experience).
Strong expertise in AR management, sales commission computation, and used vehicle finance accounting.
High proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with sales, warehouse, and operations teams.
Detail-oriented, principled, and able to work under pressure.
