Reals Pharmaceutical Limited is one of the leading organizations in Nigerian Pharmaceutical Industry. The staff strength has increased from the initial number of Nine (9) at inception to well over 80 personnel, while the scope of our operation has extended beyond just initially being the local and marketing office for AstraZeneca to becoming a leading marketer and distributors of a wide range of Branded generics in Nigeria. The new focus of this division which started as the local scientific and marketing office of Astrazeneca is to enhance the distribution network for all its products thereby making sure that they are readily available in the Nigerian Pharmaceutical market. Its scientific and marketing role for AstraZeneca has since been relinquished in order to focus on our brandsKey Responsibilities
Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and distributors.
Provide regular market feedback and competitor activity reports.
Ensure effective coverage of assigned territory and outlets.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or other related science/medical fields.
Minimum of 0–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target driven.
Good knowledge of the assigned territory.
