We are seeking experienced and result-oriented Boutique Managers to take on crucial roles in the group.
The successful Boutique Managers will be responsible for boutique sales, profitability, and managerial duties, which include staff development and management, client development and management, boutique operations management, and more!
Responsibilities
Plan, achieve, and deliver boutique sales and profit targets,
Develop strategies and initiatives to drive traffic to the store, grow the customer base, and achieve sales and profit targets
Oversee daily operations of the boutique – including opening and closing procedures, inventory, and accounting functions, and good ambience
Training boutique staff on customer service and selling techniques that guarantee a superior customer experience and achieve sales targets
Preparing various analyses on the sales and profit figures and forecasts, market environment, and competitors’ information to aid management reviews and decisions.
Monitoring the effective implementation of the retail operations manual, as well as enforcing compliance with the company policies and guidelines
Monitoring sales team performance and coaching the team to identify sales opportunities, manage customer and operational issues proactively.
Motivate and actively drive retail teams to build team spirit and a positive working environment.
Train and discipline the staff to reflect brand image, business strategy, and meet sales goals
CRM / Clientele Development and Management for effective follow-up.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have or be:
Minimum of BSc / HND in Social Sciences or related fields. Mastersis a plus.
Live within Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Central Lagos etc.
5+ years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years at the managerial level in a high-end retail company

Understands how to deal with the needs of high-end retail stakeholders.
Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strategic thinker, well-organized, and with the capability to drive and deliver superlative results
Analytical, understands balance sheet and profitability management.
Strong leadership and management skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about working in the retail industry.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and delivery of good presentations.
Team leadership and business management experience
Savvy, creative business mind, results-oriented, and passionate performer
