Research Assistants will support quantitative and qualitative data collection at LGA level in Sokoto State.
Key Responsibilities
Administer quantitative and qualitative surveys as required
Conduct face to face interviews in selected communities.
Ensure informed consent and ethical guidelines are followed.
Record responses accurately using paper and digital tools.
Participate in daily debriefing sessions.
Support data quality checks and preliminary data cleaning.Job fair promotions
Qualifications
National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Public Health, Statistics, or related field.
Familiarity with mobile data collection tools such as ODK or Kobo Toolbox is an advantage.
Previous experience in field data collection or community research is highly relevant.
Fluency in English and local languages such as Hausa.
Residence in or familiarity with the study location is highly desirable for those targeting vacancies at SYDANI Group.
