Support the deployment and rollout of RAN network projects across assigned locations.
Work closely with TowerCos and site build vendors to ensure timely passive infrastructure readiness.
Participate in site acceptance processes including CHP, THP, and RFI stages for new site builds.
Conduct technical site surveys with OEM partners to capture accurate RFI requirements.
Oversee installation of RAN equipment in accordance with OEM specifications and installation manuals.
Carry out site inspections and ensure quality compliance during installation and integration.
Ensure timely integration of RAN equipment and closure of ATPs and MAPA for new sites.
Monitor field activities to ensure adequate resources are available for site rollout.
Track and follow up on materials delivery for network deployment projects.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements for network rollout.
Support improvements in site rollout processes and vendor performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering or a related technical field.
Professional certification in Project Management is an added advantage.
3–5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Experience managing multiple network deployment projects.
Hands-on experience working in Huawei, ZTE, or Nokia RAN environments.
Strong understanding of telecom site rollout processes.
