We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director.
You will be the MD’s "right hand," ensuring their day-to-one operations run seamlessly.
This isn't just about scheduling meetings; it’s about anticipating needs, managing complex priorities, and acting as a professional liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Inbox Mastery: Manage a complex, fast-changing diary; screen emails and handle correspondence with professional tact.
Gatekeeping: Act as the primary point of contact for the MD, filtering requests and ensuring their time is focused on high-priority tasks.
Travel & Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodation.
Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, attend meetings to take minutes, and ensure action points are followed up on by relevant teams.
Project Coordination: Assist with special projects, research, and the preparation of presentations or reports.
Personal Errands: (Optional—delete if not applicable) Handle occasional personal administrative tasks to ensure the MD’s professional focus remains uninterrupted.

Discreet & Trustworthy: You will handle highly sensitive information; absolute confidentiality is non-negotiable.
Communication Pro: You have an impeccable command of English (both written and verbal) and can hold your own in a boardroom setting.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Resilient: You stay calm under pressure and can pivot quickly when plans change at the last minute.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as a PA or EA at the Executive/Director level.
Proven track record of managing complex schedules.
