Preferences
Bachelor's Degree or HND in any related field
Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or oil & gas industry
Industry-specific certifications or training (e.g., hospitality management, oil & gas operations)
We want a pragmatic and result oriented individual who is not afraid of hard work and a demanding but rewarding work schedule
Not less than 40 years old.
Industry-Specific Requirements
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and protocols (e.g., hotel operations, event planning)
Understanding of oil & gas industry dynamics, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operations
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.

Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
