To oversee team members and manage relationships with on-trade customerswithin the hospitality unit(such as bars, restaurants, and hotels) through strategic planning and promotional activities, to drive sales growth and increase brand presence.
Description
Developand execute on-trade strategies and plans to drive sales growth and increase market share in the on-trade sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-trade customers, including bars, restaurants, and hotels, to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business partnerships.
Plans and executes promotional activities, events, and campaigns in the on-trade channel to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Conducts market analysis and gathers insights on trends, customer needs, and computer activities, toidentifygrowth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Negotiates pricing, contracts, and terms with on-trade customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and optimize profitability.
Provide regular reports on performance and insight to senior management to highlight key success areas.
Train and support on-trade staff on product knowledge and selling techniques to enhance the effectiveness of customer-facing staff and drive sales.

Job Requirements
HND / Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of sales experience within the FMCG / Manufacturing industry
Good time management skills and must be self-disciplined
Strong organizational skills.
