The role focuses on implementing maintenance best practices, conducting equipment inspections, and supporting plant operations to ensure maximum uptime.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Conduct regular inspections and condition monitoring of mechanical assets.
Analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical issues.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and equipment history.
Coordinate with other engineers and technicians to address reliability concerns.
Promote and enforce adherence to safety and quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience in maintenance reliability engineering within a heavy industry environment.
Professional certification (e.g., CMRP) is an advantage.
