As we continue to expand our portfolio and strengthen our market presence, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and drive business growth.
Role Overview
The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that increase brand visibility for MARATHONA HOMES, MARATHONA CAPITAL HUB & DISTRESS SALES by MARATHONA.
The role will focus on generating qualified leads, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting property sales and project acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with company revenue goals
Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns
Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and paid advertising (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
Generate and nurture qualified leads for property sales and construction services
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
Manage brand positioning, corporate communications, and public relations
Track marketing performance and provide monthly campaign reports
Build and maintain strategic partnerships and business relationships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
3–4 years proven experience in marketing and communications specifically in the real estate sector.
Experience in real estate or construction
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and reporting abilities
Results-driven with a strong commercial and strategic mindset
