Lab Scientist at Changeroom

Conduct tests in hematology, microbiology, immunology, and chemistry.
Calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy.
Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control guidelines (e.g., OSHA) to ensure accurate results.
Interpret and document test results, communicating findings to physicians and nurses.
Manage inventory, prepare reagents, and sometimes supervise laboratory assistants
High attention to detail, proficiency in computer systems, and strong analytical skills.
