Ports and Terminal Operators Nigeria Limited (PTOL) is a multi-purpose terminal within Port Harcourt, Nigeria. PTOL handles containerized, bulk and general cargo, as well as provide warehousing and trucking facilities.
We are seeking a proactive and tecnhnically skilled IT Support Officer to join our IT team.
The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, ensuire smooth and secure operations.
Data analytics skills are essential for reporting, automation, and process improvement.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
2—3 years experience in IT support
Strong knowledge of Windows OS & networking
Experience with Microsoft 365
Familiarity with IT security & backup systems
Data analytics skills (Excel, Power Bl, SQL, Python)
Strong problem-solving skills
