We're hiring a skilled IT Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure, lead the IT team, and align tech initiatives with business objectives.
This role ensures reliable systems, robust security, and efficient operations in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, hardware, and software to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, handling hiring, training, performance reviews, and project assignments.
Develop IT strategies, policies, and budgets; implement upgrades and disaster recovery plans while monitoring security.
Collaborate with departments to identify tech needs, troubleshoot issues, and support business growth through technology.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; 3 years minimum in IT roles
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in IT tools like Active Directory and firewalls. Preferred Qualifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CISSP.
