The ICT Specialist is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing computers and networks. The role is crucial for ensuring that our IT infrastructure works properly with maximum capabilities.

Requirements

Proficiency with networking, hardware, software, CCTV, telephony, endpoint devices and operating systems.
Must possess strong analytical interpersonal, and communication skills and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
Ability to work occasional off-hours duty to permit timely attention to mission-critical functions.
Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative and multitask
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Valid MCSE, CompTIA, ITIL and other ICT certification will be considered an advantage
