We are seeking an organized, proactive HR Officer to manage staff operations, workflow coordination, and office administration. You will support HR processes, oversee daily staff activities, and coordinate operational tasks with the Finance Officer to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Track staff attendance, leave, and workflow
Support recruitment and onboarding logistics
Coordinate staff training and internal communication
Oversee office facilities and supervise support staff
Liaise with Finance on operational expenses and procurement
Ensure HR policies and internal procedures are consistently applied
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years HR or operations experience (service/consulting experience preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
