Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace issues
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
Support current and future business needs through effective talent development, engagement, motivation, and retention
Develop, monitor, and improve HR systems, policies, procedures, and overall strategies
Foster and maintain a positive and productive work environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Develop and maintain competitive pay plans and benefits programs
Identify training needs and design, implement, and monitor training programs
Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and reporting
Ensure full legal compliance across all HR practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
CIPM certification or currently in progress (mandatory)
2 – 3 years proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive
Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and HR metrics
People-oriented and results-driven mindset
Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies and lead initiatives
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
