We are recruiting an experienced and structured Human Resources Lead to drive workforce performance and strengthen HR operations within a fast-paced fashion and retail organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, building efficient systems, supporting leadership, and fostering a high-performance work culture.
This role requires a hands-on HR professional who can balance people management, operational discipline, and business needs while ensuring compliance and employee engagement.
Ultimately, you will drive organizational effectiveness, improve employee experience, and support business growth through strong HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business objectives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations
Lead talent acquisition efforts and improve hiring processes to attract top talent
Support workforce planning initiatives to align staffing with business growth
Implement and manage performance management systems
Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution
Maintain accurate HR data, documentation, and reporting systems
Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs
Provide strategic HR support to leadership and department heads
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage
Minimum of 4 years’ HR experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or similar industries
Proven experience managing HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
Experience working in fast-paced or growing organizations
