Our client, a fast-growing strategic advisory and policy firm, is hiring a Head of Business to drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, standardizing workflows, and building scalable systems across the organization.

Responsibilities

Streamline business processes and eliminate inefficiencies
Standardized workflows, SOPs, and delivery frameworks
Oversee operational performance, budgeting, and profitability
Implement tools (CRM, ERP, project management systems)
Build dashboards and track KPIs for decision-making
Drive cross-functional coordination and governance compliance
Lead and develop high-performing teams.

Requirements

8–12 years’ experience in operations, consulting, financial services, or related fields
Strong background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.)
Proven experience implementing operational systems and tools
Strong financial acumen with P&L understanding
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
Experience working in complex, knowledge-driven environments
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Candidates with experience from Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms are strongly preferred.
