It is here that we create and realise Afro-conscious designs with depth and meaning. SAFRITECTURE is a pan-African design and build start-up borne from INL a design and build firm in Lagos Nigeria with over 20+ years of delivering desirable Architecture, Interiors and Branding solutions. From this new beginning we will launch our audacious yet achievable plan to become truly pan-African by Q2 2027. This is a hero position. Ultimately demanding, ultimately rewarding.

SAFRITECTURE is looking for an experienced Architect to become the Head of Architecture. A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience is required or this challenging, engaging and rewarding position. Reporting to the CEO in Lagos you will be expected to implement SAFRITECTURE across Africa. The ability to problem solve, use your own judgement, think creatively and work calmly under pressure are all essential skills to the role. Participation in monthly online Command Centre Meetings and policy formation in line with the SAFRITECTURE Business Model is mandatory. A current international passport with more than 1 year before expiry is essential as travel within Africa is expected. The following are also expected.

Having a good grasp of fundamental architectural design principles and their application to modern day Africa is a distinct advantage. 
Knowing the differences between Corinthian and Ionic capitals, Renaissance and Baroque architecture, Modernism and Post-Modernism, De-Stijl and Constructivism, Brutalist and Bio-climatic architecture indicates your appreciation of architectural history. 
The ability to hold discussions on and about Demas Nwoko, Bruce Onabrakpeya, Suzanne Wenger, Maxwell Fry & Jane Drew, Hassan Fathy, Eileen Gray, Le  Corbusier, Mies Van de Rohe, Frank Lloyd Wright, Morphosis, Oscar Niermeyer, Francis Kere, Santiago Calatrava, Antonio Gaudi, Ade Shokunbi, Co-op Himmelblau, Zaha Hadid, Daniel Leibskind, Ola-dele Kuku, Michelangelo Buonarotti, Paul Rand, The Modern Movement Masters, Icons of Tropical Architecture, the Golden Ratio and very many other topics in the field of art, design, photography, fashion and film is yet another distinct advantage.
