LORACHE provides a range of open and dedicated training programmes that gives insight and help clients develop and maintain the flow of integrated information and commercial insights to gain competitive advantage.Key Responsibilities
Identify and source funding opportunities including bank facilities, structured finance, private equity, debt instruments, grants, and other alternative financing options.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, DFIs, fund managers, and financial advisors.
Prepare and present funding proposals, investment decks, financial models, and business cases to prospective funders.
Lead negotiations on funding terms, including interest rates, tenors, covenants, security structures, and repayment schedules.
Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Executive Management to structure financing in compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
Coordinate due diligence processes with lenders and investors, ensuring timely provision of required documentation.
Monitor market trends, interest rate movements, and financing options to recommend optimal funding strategies.
Support refinancing, restructuring, and optimization of existing facilities where required.
Provide regular updates and reports to Management on funding pipeline, progress, and risks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, fundraising, treasury, or structured finance.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing funding deals.
Strong understanding of financial modelling, credit analysis, and funding structures.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong network within banks, investment firms, and financial institutions (highly desirable).
