The Freight Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by sourcing and closing new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics while managing key client accounts. The role requires a results-driven professional with strong industry knowledge and excellent client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through tailored logistics solutions.
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contract terms.
Manage key accounts and collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
Requirements
3–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Proven ability to close deals and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Compensation
₦300,000 – ₦500,000 monthly
Commission and quarterly performance bonus
