The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, supporting business growth, and maintaining strong financial controls. The role also involves contributing to client acquisition and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
Monitor and manage cash flow effectively
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data and records
Identify and implement process improvements and automation in accounting operations
Strengthen internal controls across financial processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement and operational efficiency
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support business development by identifying opportunities, conducting market research, and building client relationships
Contribute to team coordination and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification & requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the healthcare industry
Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, ANAN) is an advantage
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
