Field Sales Lead – Solar Depot at Solar Depot Nigeria

Solar Depot Nigeria is a leader in the Solar Energy Industry in Nigeria. We provide end to end solutions for solar systems which include sales and installation of quality solar systems and equipment.
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Field Sales Representative Lead to supervise our field sales team and drive revenue growth in our solar company.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage field sales representatives
Achieve monthly sales targets
Acquire new customers and expand market reach
Train and monitor team performance
Build relationships with estates, businesses, and facility managers.

Requirements:

OND / HND / BSc in Marketing or related field
Field sales experience (solar industry is an advantage)
Strong leadership and closing skills
Good knowledge of Lagos market
