Supervise the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and utilities
Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities are in optimal condition
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Monitor facility usage and recommend improvements
Manage maintenance schedules and respond to emergency issues
Support logistics for events and academic activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
Minimum of 0–3 years of relevant experience in facility or property management
Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and safety regulations
Good organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage contractors and multiple tasks efficiently.
