Preparing, cooking, and plating high-quality dishes for hotel restaurants, banquets, and room service, adhering strictly to recipes and food safety standards
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking: Preparing menu items (meats, vegetables, sauces, soups) according to recipes, ensuring quality, taste, and proper presentation.
Safety & Sanitation: Adhering to food safety guidelines, maintaining proper food temperatures, and cleaning work areas/utensils, including managing HACCP standards.
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, labeling, storing food properly, and informing chefs of needed ingredients to minimize waste.
Kitchen Operations: Setting up, maintaining, and closing down stations, handling high-volume orders during peak hours, and assisting in other stations as needed.
Dietary Adherence: Accommodating guest allergies and special dietary requests.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 3 years of work experience.
