To convert platform traffic into revenue by optimizing product placement, managing promotional campaigns, and enhancing the overall online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage homepage and category merchandising to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
Plan and execute flash sales, bundles, combos, and seasonal campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Optimize product listings including images, descriptions, and categorization to improve discoverability and conversion.
Analyze platform data including traffic, conversion rates, and Average Order Value (AOV) to inform merchandising decisions.
Monitor inventory sell-through rates and proactively recommend promotions to manage stock levels effectively.

Ideal Background
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, marketplace operations, or digital retail.

Proven expertise in e-commerce merchandising and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns end-to-end.
Deep understanding of customer purchase behavior and online retail trends.
