We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer for a real estate firm to develop and execute strategies that drive online visibility, generate leads, and increase property sales.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property listings
Manage social media platforms and online presence
Run and optimize paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
Generate and nurture leads for the sales team
Track campaign performance and provide reports
Stay updated on real estate and digital marketing trends

Requirements

Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing or related field
Proven experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is an advantage)
Knowledge of paid advertising and lead generation strategies
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
Strong communication and creative skills
Must reside within or close to Ifako / Ijaiye, Ogba.
