Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Male Customer Service & Verification Officer with strong knowledge of cars and proven experience in vehicle verification.
The ideal candidate will also possess sales capabilities, with the ability to convert leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough vehicle verification processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Engage with clients professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Convert incoming leads into successful sales.
Follow up on prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
Meet and exceed assigned sales and verification targets.
Provide accurate information about vehicles and verification processes to clients.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all verification and sales activities.
Requirements
Must be male.
Strong familiarity with cars and vehicle-related processes.
Proven experience in successful car verification.
Demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales.
Previous experience in sales and customer service roles.
Target-driven with a strong results-oriented mindset.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
