Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance on parcel booking, rates, delivery timelines, and other logistics inquiries.
Coordinate the routing and tripping of parcelsto ensure prompt dispatch and timely delivery across all GUO Logistics locations.
Supervise and verify proper packaging, registration, and inspectionof parcels before dispatch to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Track and monitor parcels in transit and proactively update customers on delivery status or any service delays.
Maintain accurate shipment documentation including waybills, manifests, receipts, and proof of delivery.
Handle customer complaints, claims, and inquiries effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the operations and dispatch teams to facilitate smooth coordination between terminals and delivery points.
Record and maintain customer data and transaction history accurately in the CRM system.
Support revenue collection and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
Promote GUO Logistics services by maintaining a positive and professional image in all customer interactions.
