Premiere Academy is seeking a skilled and proactive Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, structural coordination, and maintenance management to ensure that all construction and facility projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise construction sites and coordinate structural activities.
Provide technical problem-solving support for construction and maintenance projects.
Design, analyse, and review structural components for building and construction projects.
Ensure all engineering designs comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Conduct routine site inspections to monitor progress and ensure structural integrity.
Review and approve construction materials and workmanship on-site.
Oversee facility and infrastructure maintenance management across the school.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure successful delivery.
Assess existing structures and recommend repairs, upgrades, or modifications where necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in construction, structural engineering, or facility maintenance.
Strong knowledge of structural design, site supervision, and maintenance practices.
Good understanding of building regulations and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
