We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cashiers to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team at multiple outlets.
The ideal candidates must reside near the outlet or within areas that allow easy commuting, due to the fast-paced nature of the business.
Candidates will handle cash transactions accurately, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth checkout experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change when required.
Maintain an accurate cash drawer and report discrepancies promptly.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at the counter.
Ensure compliance with company policies and cash handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Requirements

Minimum of OND or HND in any relevant field.
Previous experience as a Cashier in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) is an advantage.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
