Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, laboratories, dental clinics, maternity clinics, diagnostic centres and related healthcare institutions across Lagos State.
Promote hygiene and sanitation solutions that improve infection control, safety and operational efficiency within institutional environments.
Build strong relationships with procurement managers, clinicians, infection control teams, laboratory managers, pharmacists and facility managers.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for institutional stakeholders.
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets within Lagos.
Increase product visibility and adoption across healthcare institutions in Lagos State.
Support institutional customers through both direct engagement and digital ordering channels where applicable.
Gather market intelligence on customer needs, procurement cycles and competitor activities within Lagos.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain consistent follow-up processes to encourage repeat orders and long-term client relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, Public Health, Pharmacy or related discipline preferred.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably within healthcare, laboratory, hygiene or related sectors.
Strong understanding of the Lagos healthcare environment and institutional procurement processes.
Proven experience selling to hospitals, laboratories, clinics or similar environments.
Experience as a hospital representative will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of digital tools and e-commerce channels.
Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
