We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Building Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage building/construction projects
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workers
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Prepare reports, project documentation, and updates
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or related field
5–8 years experience in building/construction project management
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are an added advantage
Must be based in Port Harcourt.
