Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, driving business growth, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the overall operations of the branch
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets and profitability
Monitor sales performance and drive revenue growth
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
Supervise, train, and evaluate branch staff
Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and financial statements
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Coordinate with head office and other branches on operational matters
Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Certification on Business Development Courses
Experience Requirements:
5–8 years of relevant work experience in operations, sales, or branch management
At least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Experience in managing teams and driving business growth
