Install, maintain, and repair complex biomedical devices and equipment at customer facilities
Diagnose problems, troubleshoot issues on-site, and perform repairs to minimize equipment downtime
Maintain meticulous service records, service reports, and inventory of spare parts
Advancing the hardware and software used in diagnostic
Train medical staff on the proper use, safety precautions, and maintenance of device

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Electronics
Proven experience as a field service engineer
Strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
