We are looking for an Area Sales Manager (ASM) who will be responsible for driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, new client acquisition, and overall sales performance within an assigned geographic region.
The role involves leading, coaching, and managing a team of Sales Executives (SEs) to achieve revenue targets while ensuring high productivity, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.
The ASM will also play a key role in recruitment, training, team expansion, lead generation, and strategic execution, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Own and deliver regional AUM growth, revenue targets, and overall sales performance
Lead, develop, and optimize a high-performing team of Sales Executives
Design and execute regional sales and market expansion strategies
Drive new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and key growth initiatives
Oversee talent planning, recruitment, and capability development within the region.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
3 – 5 years experience in sales leadership, preferably within Asset Management sector
Strong leadership, people management, and coaching capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, CRM systems and sales performance reporting.
