Oversee all AUSEA, offshore, and inspection drone operations – Plan and approve mission briefs, routes, and risk assessments – Supervise and mentor the full contractor drone analyst team – Coordinate with DRDS programme coordinators on scheduling – Ensure CAA, AUSEA, and client QHSE regulatory compliance – Validate all deliverables, processed datasets, and reports – Author Monthly Summary and Quarterly KPI Reports – Interface directly with client engineering and integrity teams – Maintain
Daily Site Progress Report – Mission Flight Plan & Risk Assessment – AUSEA Mission Report (HQ format) – Drone Flight Route Report – Raw Datasets (LiDAR, AUSEA, RGB, IR) – Processed GIS / Inspection Report – Monthly Summary Report – Quarterly Performance KPI Report.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 7 years UAV operations; 3+ years in leadership role – Demonstrated AUSEA / methane quantification platform
experience – Proficiency in GCS software and LiDAR processing tools – Strong photogrammetry: DSM, orthophoto, 3D model workflows – Oil & gas / energy sector operations strongly preferred – BSc in Engineering, Geomatics, Remote Sensing or related field
Drone Pilot License (CAA) — MANDATORY

Confined Space Entry Training

GIS / Geomatics Certification
