Update accounting books and financial databases regularly.
Accounts Management:
Prepare and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Ensure timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
Bank Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements with company financial records.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Provide financial information to management when required.
Budget Monitoring:
Help monitor company budgets and expenditures.
Ensure spending is within approved limits.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation for audits.
Tax and Statutory Payments:
Assist in preparing tax returns and statutory payments.
Ensure compliance with government financial regulations.
Support to Finance Department:
Provide support during internal and external audits.
Assist senior accountants or finance managers with financial analysis.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
