2026 Tamrose Ventures Limited (TVL) Graduate Trainee Programme at Tamrose Ventures Limited (TVL)
Tamrose Ventures Limited (TVL) was incorporated in 2003 (incidentally, the same year the Nigerian Cabotage Act was enacted) initially as a procurement and engineering services provider to the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry. During our course of operation, we noticed that personnel and equipment were being transported to offshore locations almost exclusively, by foreign marine logistic services providers in spite of the cabotage act.
A closer look at the marine logistic sector of the industry showed a few indigenous players with very old vessels (average age above 20 years) and a life-style oriented corporate mentality; thus creating companies with limited capacity and little or no organizational structure. This scenario provided a fertile ground for continued foreign dominance as lack of indigenous capacity hampered the effective implementation of the Cabotage Act.Programme Overview
