Monitoring and training staff to ensure uniformity in service and presentation across all out lets
Ensure company is represented correctly and standards are upheld
Supervising Coordination of daily front and backend operations of all outlets
Assist with all internal and external Admin related inquiries or requests.
Supervise all outlet maintenance
Assist with performance management procedures.
Schedule meetings, interviews, and maintain agendas.
Assist with training sessions and seminars.
Assist with ad-hoc Admin projects.
Support other assigned functions.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
Supervising delivery of stock to outlets
Liaising with bakery and delivery staff to ensure smooth operations and delivery of goods.
Conduct store visits to check on operations and compliance
Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to concerns
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

Job Requirement and Skills

Degree in Business Admin or Hospitality related fields with Basic Financial Knowledge
Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and implement feedback.
