Coordinate daily operations and workflows.
Manage team schedules, tasks and performance.
Solve problems and improve processes.
Prepare regular operations reports for the CEO.

Organised, detail-driven and self-starting.
Comfortable with digital task and reporting tools.
Weekends when required.
