Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Intern with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing strategies, drive online visibility, and contribute to lead generation efforts across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, social media, email, etc.)
Manage and grow social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos) aligned with brand messaging
Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations
Support lead generation and conversion strategies
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience managing digital marketing campaigns
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
Ability to analyze data and interpret campaign performance metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Must be based in Lagos or familiar with the Lagos market.
