They provide medical laboratory equipment sales: offering a wide range of diagnostic laboratory instruments (chemistry analyzers, bilirubin meters, etc.) tailored for hospitals, diagnostic centres and research institutes. They offer installation, maintenance, and after-sales service for the equipment they supply â meaning they not only sell but support the equipment lifecycle with technical support and training. Their business includes importing diagnostics and reagents: trade data show they have imported diagnostic reagents for instruments, showing they act as a buyer/importer in Nigeriaâs health-equipment supply chain.Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, responsible and safety-conscious Driver / Logistics & Transportation Officer to support the movement of staff, reagents, equipment and other company items.
The role will primarily support the Sales and Engineering teams with transportation to assigned locations and ensure timely delivery of products and materials to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Transport Sales team members to their assigned locations and field appointments.
Transport Engineers to customer sites, installation locations and other work assignments.
Deliver reagents, equipment, documents and other company items safely and promptly to clients and designated locations.
Pick up and return company items, documents, equipment or materials as required.
Assist with loading, unloading and proper handling of items being transported.
Plan routes and ensure timely movement of staff and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, fuel usage and other relevant logistics activities.
Ensure all items delivered are properly handed over and acknowledged by the recipient.
Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe and roadworthy condition.
Carry out routine vehicle checks and promptly report faults or maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company driving and safety policies.
Assist with other logistics, errands and operational support activities as assigned.
Maintain professionalism and good customer service when interacting with clients and staff.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company materials and information.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE with 1-2 years experience.
Valid Nigerian driver's licence.
Proven experience as a professional/company driver.
Good knowledge of Lagos roads and major business locations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, honest and responsible.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple trips/assignments.
Ability to handle items carefully, particularly medical reagents and equipment.
Must be willing to work Monday–Saturday and operate flexible hours depending on field requirements.
Working Hours: Flexible, depending on business and field activities.
